  • Cancellation Period: Within 3 days of purchase

  • Return/Refund Eligibility Period: Within 15 days of purchase

If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.


Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order or service within 3 days of the original purchase.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Digital Products (e.g., Online Courses, Ebooks, Software)

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are generally not provided.

  • However, if you face technical issues or are unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase for resolution or a potential refund.

Physical Products (if applicable)

  • Must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Personal care items

  • Custom services already delivered (e.g., digital marketing campaigns, website builds)


Refund Process

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for any return or refund request.

  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item/service has been inspected.


Partial Refunds May Be Granted (if applicable)

  • Used books or media (if not defective)

  • Items not in original condition or damaged due to reasons not caused by Cartedge

  • Returns made after 15 days but under special approval


Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved:

  • A confirmation email will be sent.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received the refund, please contact us at support@cartedge.in


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email us at support@cartedge.in with proof of damage.


Shipping Returns (If Applicable)

To return a product:

  • Contact us via email and we’ll arrange a Return Pickup (RTO).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.

For high-value items, we recommend a trackable shipping service or insurance.


Delivery Policy (For Physical Products)

  • We deliver physical products primarily within India, but can ship internationally on request.

  • Delivery within India typically takes 3 to 7 working days.

  • Delivery charges are displayed at checkout and vary based on your location.


Payment Confirmation

  • A payment confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address within 24 hours of successful payment.
